Top 8 Interior Upgrades of the 2025 Bentley Bentayga

The SUV features a much more modern cabin.

Bentley created the ultra-luxury SUV segment when it debuted the Bentayga five years ago, paving the way for rivals like Aston Martin, Lamborghini, and Rolls-Royce. While we admire the stately SUV for its strong performance on and off the road, we’re somewhat disappointed with its lean list of standard features, especially given its six-figure price tag. Now, Bentley is updating the Bentayga with a more modern cabin. These are the eight biggest improvements Bentley has made to the interior.

Larger Touchscreen

One aspect that revealed the Bentayga’s age was its 8-inch touchscreen. Considering rivals like Mercedes and Cadillac offer much larger units, it was crucial for Bentley to upgrade. The 2021 Bentley Bentayga now features a appropriately sized 10.9-inch touchscreen that includes new Android Auto capability. Moreover, wireless Apple CarPlay is standard, together with USB-C data ports and a wireless phone charger.

Fully Digital Instrument Cluster

Similar to the new Continental GT and Flying Spur, the Bentayga now boasts a digital instrument cluster. This feature not only includes unique animations but is also customizable to meet the driver’s preferences.

Advanced Navigation

The enhanced navigation system offers three-dimensional building displays alongside satellite maps. Consequently, the head-up display projects traffic information, street names, and distances directly onto the windshield, enhancing driver convenience.

Plush Seats

Bentley has redesigned its seats to provide improved comfort, with enhanced sculpting around the shoulder area. A new seat frame on the five-passenger model has allowed for doubled rear-seat recline travel. This variant also features rear-seat ventilation, which was previously exclusive to four-seat configurations. For a touch of luxury, buyers can choose micro-piping or a plush Mulliner Driving Specification quilting design.

New Materials

The cabin also receives a refresh with bold new materials adorning the doors and dashboard. A new dark tint diamond brushed aluminum trim is now available, along with two additional wood veneer choices.

More Accommodating Rear Seat

While we look forward to testing the Bentayga in real-world conditions, Bentley claims to have designed it to offer more space for rear passengers. Back here, there is a larger touchscreen available to adjust settings such as media, mood lighting, window blinds, and heating and massage functions for the seats.

Better Audio

The standard 10-speaker audio system in the current Bentayga has been a point of concern; it resembles listening from another room. Fortunately, Bentley is upgrading to a standard 12-speaker Signature Audio system, with the option for a 20-speaker Naim sound system, improving overall audio quality dramatically.

Added Connectivity

The new Bentayga comes equipped with an embedded SIM, eliminating the need for a mobile phone to establish a data connection. Bentley has improved its remote services through advanced features that include “find my car” and “lock my car.” Depending on the market, customers will receive real-time traffic information and over-the-air map updates, as well as green light prediction, online music streaming, and local hazard notifications.
