The New Ford Bronco: Pricing and Trims Overview
After a two-decade hiatus, the Ford Bronco has returned burlier than ever, ready to amble across America’s off-road trails and paved surfaces alike. When Ford announced the Bronco’s comeback, many anticipated a price in the mid-$30,000 range. However, we are pleased to report that the Bronco will start pricing at $29,995.
Affordable Pricing Comparison
At just $5 under thirty grand, the Bronco is only slightly more expensive than the cheapest 2020 Jeep Wrangler, which starts at $29,790 for the two-door Sport model. It’s important to note that the price leader Bronco is also a two-door variant; four-door models will come with a higher price tag. Further pricing details are expected to be announced soon.
Trim Levels and Features
A step up from the base model is the Big Bend trim, featuring LED foglamps, 17-inch aluminum wheels, and other enhancements, starting at $34,880. The Black Diamond model, beginning at $37,545, showcases a modular grille, heavy-duty skid plates, a locking rear differential, and durable vinyl seats.
The luxurious and sporty Outer Banks model comes with LED signature exterior lighting, a black-painted grille, ambient footwell lighting, and more, starting at $40,450.
Off-Road Capabilities
Designed for serious off-road adventures, the Badlands trim, priced at $43,590, includes a stabilizer-bar disconnect system and position-sensitive Bilstein shocks. For those seeking high-speed performance, the Wildtrak comes equipped with 35-inch tires, with prices starting from $50,370. Finally, the limited-production First Edition tops the lineup with a combination of exclusive off-road features and aesthetic upgrades, priced at $60,800.
Are you excited about the new Bronco? Ford is currently taking $100 reservations for both two- and four-door Bronco models. However, customers may need to wait until the production line in Wayne, Michigan, starts delivering in the spring of 2021. Hence, it’s wise to start saving now.
