Explore Lisbon: An Insider’s Guide by iBestTravel
My trip to Lisbon was nearly six years ago, yet I can still feel its vibrant essence. New places truly get under your skin, becoming part of your very being. The captivating food, stunning architecture, rich history, and vibrant culture of Lisbon left a lasting impression on me.
Our evening began with sunset views and cocktails at Park in Bairro Alto, followed by dinner and wine at Taberna da Rua das Flores. After a delightful burlesque club experience, we strolled back to our hotel, encountering a stage outside Lisbon City Hall. It was here that we spontaneously began singing a random mash-up of old show tunes—an outpouring of joy inspired by the city itself.
This is the essence of travel, isn’t it? I spoke with Tiago Filipe, a local guide who shares his love for Lisbon through expertly crafted itineraries. His recommendations for the best things to enjoy in Lisboa are invaluable for any traveler.
