Notably, restaurants that have been previous winners are not eligible for a second victory. Instead, they join the elite ‘Best of the Best’ list, which already includes celebrated establishments like Noma, Osteria Francescana, and Mirazur. Consequently, the prior year’s winner, Central in Lima, will be included in this prestigious category, allowing Disfrutar the opportunity to claim the top spot.
