2025 Honda Accord: Features, Pricing, and Trim Levels
Honda has changed the name and equipment on one of the its Accord trim levels for 2025, news that is both exceedingly minor and yet noteworthy simply because the Accord is Honda’s bread-and-butter midsize sedan. For 2025, the Honda Accord swaps its EX trim level for a new SE, which adopts a sportier look than last year’s EX. Moreover, every model gains new equipment, small changes that could help the Honda compete better with the newer Toyota Camry, which is hybrid-only.
As before, the Accord lineup starts with the entry-level LX trim. However, unlike before, this Accord—and every trim level beyond it—gets rear-seat air vents on the back of the front seat center console and a pair of USB-C ports below them. This was a conspicuous omission from the 2023–2024 model-year versions. Previously, only the mid-grade EX-L and top-of-the-line Touring trims featured those vents and USB ports. Given how spacious the Accord’s rear seat area is, it was a glaring oddity for occupants seated back there to go vent- and charge-port-free.
Trim Levels and Engine Options
Next up is the new-for-2025 Accord SE, which replaces the EX in the lineup. It and the LX remain the only Accords powered by a 192-hp turbocharged 1.5-liter I-4 engine; every Accord beyond these two is a hybrid making 204 hp. The SE takes last year’s EX and dresses it up slightly; the wheels carry over but are painted a darker hue, while the lower body gains an aero kit. Previously chrome trim elements are now black. These subtle upgrades effectively transform the previously low-key EX’s vibe into something more sporty.
Notably, even the entry-level Accord Hybrid—specifically, the Sport—now comes with heated seats, joining the EX-L, Sport-L, and Touring, which previously had them as standard features. Consequently, another addition across the hybrid lineup is a standard 15-watt wireless phone charging pad, which was formerly only included on the Touring model. Additionally, a heated steering wheel is newly standard on the Accord Touring.

Prices for the better-equipped 2025 Honda Accord and Accord Hybrid models have inched up, but not by much. The Accord LX is $400 more than last year, coming to $29,390. That upcharge more than covers those coveted rear vents and USB ports and brings it closer to the more efficient and powerful 2025 Toyota Camry hybrid’s $29,620 opening price.
Moreover, the new SE is priced at $650 more than the 2024 Accord EX. Prices on the hybrids have mixed changes, with the Accord Sport Hybrid’s MSRP moving up $760 and the EX-L’s price rising by $400. Additionally, the top-of-the-line Touring sees a $410 increase. All 2025 Accord models are now available for your consideration.
