2025 Mercedes Maybach S680 Edition Nordic Glow
Mercedes-Maybach, like other high-end automakers, offers buyers the chance to customize cars through its Manufaktur program. However, Maybach also releases special editions, akin to curated tasting menus from high-end chefs. The most recent unveiling, showcased at the 2024 Monterey Auto Week, is the S680 Edition Nordic Glow, inspired by the breathtaking northern lights over the Arctic Circle.
Stunning Exterior Design
The centerpiece of the S680 Edition Nordic Glow is its captivating two-tone paint job, featuring Northern Lights Violet Metallic and Moonlight White Metallic paints. This is complemented by darkened chrome and trim, as seen in the Night Series Design Package. Prominently, the vehicle is equipped with 21-inch wheels in Maybach’s “champagne flute” multi-spoke design.
Luxurious Interior Features
The interior of the S680 Edition Nordic Glow is adorned with Rose Grey nappa leather, featuring grey contrast stitching. This luxurious leather application extends to the steering wheel and insets for the fold-away rear seat tables, as well as the piping for the shag-carpet floor mats. Furthermore, the dark walnut wood showcases a sophisticated herringbone pattern, similar to that found in the Night Series vehicles.
Exclusive Features and Limited Availability
Moreover, to enhance the luxurious experience, every Nordic Glow vehicle will include the Executive Rear Seat Package Plus, featuring twin plush airline-style recliners, temperature-controlled cupholders, and a rear-seat fridge equipped with champagne flutes (champagne not included).
The true exclusivity of this car lies in its limited production: only 50 units will be built, each individually numbered. Significantly, all fifty will be available exclusively in the United States. The expected price for this luxurious vehicle is $340,150, a premium investment ideal for discerning collectors attending events like the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, where the cars will first make their appearance.
