2024 Chevy Blazer EV Back on Sale
Chevrolet paused sales of its brand-new Chevy Blazer EV, our SUV of the Year, back in January due to software issues that were reportedly affecting some owners and review units. However, the 2024 Chevy Blazer EV is back on sale with enhanced software features and at a more competitive price point against the likes of the Tesla Model Y, Nissan Ariya, and the Ford Mustang Mach-E, which have recently reduced their prices to boost sales.
Trim Options and Pricing
The 2024 Chevy Blazer EV lineup remains limited to a handful of trims, with details on the entry-level LT FWD, RS FWD, and sportier SS models expected at a later date. Currently, the LT AWD, RS AWD, and RS RWD trims are back on sale with significantly reduced prices:
- LT AWD: Now starting at $50,195, down from $56,715.
- RS AWD: Now starting at $54,595, down from $60,215.
- RS RWD: Now starting at $56,170, down from $61,790.
Tax Credit Benefits
Moreover, each of the three trims now available qualifies for the full federal tax credit. Consequently, the expected post-credit prices are as follows:
- LT AWD: $42,695
- RS AWD: $47,095
- RS RWD: $48,670
Chevrolet will also offer a matching incentive value on trims that do not meet the credit qualifications, enhancing the value proposition for consumers.
