Mysliborz serves as a captivating testament to the medieval era, particularly featuring the rich history associated with the Knights Templar. Among its notable constructions is the Saint Stanislaus Chapel, located in the village of Chwarszczany.
Knight time: In the 13th century, medieval warriors of the sometimes mysterious Knights Templar order settled in western Poland. Among their constructions was the Saint Stanislaus chapel in the village of Chwarszczany.
Built to last: The chapel in Chwarszczany was designed to withstand attack. It’s still in use today.
On the wall: The Chwarszczany chapel contains several restored frescoes. Archeologists are also still uncovering secrets around the building.
