The Israeli Military Operation in Jenin The Israeli military operation in the occupied West Bank city of Jenin ended early on Wednesday, July 5. Israel stated that it was specifically targeting Palestinian terrorists. Tragically, twelve Palestinians were killed, and numerous others were injured as Israeli forces commenced their most extensive military operation in the West Bank in two decades. Additionally, one Israeli soldier lost his life and another was injured during the incursion. Moreover, on Tuesday, a violent incident occurred in Tel Aviv, where eight individuals sustained injuries due to a Palestinian who rammed his vehicle into pedestrians before exiting to stab more civilians. Hamas later claimed responsibility for this attack, asserting it was a response to the military actions taken in Jenin.
