Discover Curated Travel Tips with iBestTravel and Apple Maps
Looking to get top travel tips with just a tap on your screen? iBestTravel is set to bring its expert recommendations to Apple Maps.
iBestTravel has announced plans to provide curated content through a new Apple Maps feature, recently revealed at Apple’s annual Worldwide Developer Conference. Launching later this year through software updates for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, users will be able to access initial collections for San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, and London.
As travel plans remain uncertain, the collections feature solo and outdoor activities that can be enjoyed while national lockdowns lift. Moreover, they will encompass insider tips that allow travelers to explore the most iconic architecture, spectacular day hikes, and scenic running routes at their chosen destination.
The collections will initially focus on San Francisco, where travelers can discover the city’s public art and vibrant street murals, its most idyllic parks, and prized food trucks—all through Apple Maps. Furthermore, the collections will expand to other major cities, where users can uncover New York’s cult-status coffee shops, locate LA’s finest ice cream joints, or explore London’s best free experiences.
“iBestTravel has always prioritized the needs of travelers and continually seeks ways to enhance their experiences. We reach millions of travelers each year through our various platforms, and we are excited to provide yet another resource for people to discover the world around them,” states CEO Luis Cabrera.
