Bowlus Terra Firma Travel Trailer: A New Standard in Luxury RV Living

Here’s an RV that’s sure to make your friends jealous when the time comes to hit the road again: the Bowlus Terra Firma travel trailer.

Luxury Design and Comfort

The Bowlus trailers, built in Southern California, are designed to resemble aluminum teardrops from the outside. Inside, however, they are luxury hotel rooms on wheels, complete with en-suite bathrooms and enough onboard power to last for weeks. This unique blend of aesthetics and functionality sets them apart in the RV market.

Versatile Sleeping Arrangements

The newest model, the Terra Firma, can be configured for one king or two twin beds, accommodating up to four people. Moreover, like Airstream’s latest trailer, it’s specifically designed for those who want to work while traveling, making it the perfect choice for digital nomads.

Advanced Safety Features and Amenities

The Bowlus Terra Firma comes equipped with smart brake controllers for enhanced safety. It also offers creature comforts such as heated floors and skylights, alongside essential features like routers, charging stations, and a pop-up outdoor kitchen. Inside, a touch-screen control panel and sophisticated HEPA air and water filtration systems make for an advanced living experience.

Lightweight and Efficient

This innovative trailer is made from 80 panels of polished aluminum, secured with over 5,000 aircraft-grade rivets, and weighs just under 3,200 pounds. Consequently, its lithium battery can power up to two weeks of off-grid living, making it a practical choice for adventurous travelers who love exploring remote locations without sacrificing comfort.

Investment in Adventure

Prices for the Bowlus Terra Firma start at $265,000, with deliveries expected to commence in 2022. While this price point may seem steep, it is an investment in unparalleled mobility and luxury that could pay off for avid travelers.

Durability and Heritage

Bowlus reports that more than half of its original travel trailers are still in use today. The last recorded public sale of a Bowlus occurred at an auction in Arizona in 2011, where it sold for an impressive $187,000.

The Terra Firma is one of three models offered by Bowlus, with its Endless Highways and Endless Highways Performance editions starting at $190,000.
