The Hoxton’s 2022 is looking to be the best year for the brand yet.
In the fall, the brand announced major expansion plans across Europe, with openings in Barcelona, Berlin, a fourth London hotel, and a brand-new spot in Brussels. As part of this expansion, Working From_, The Hoxton’s coworking space, is set to open its first mainland Europe location in Brussels as well.
Located in a brutalist-style tower building, formerly the Belgian IBM headquarters, The Hoxton, Brussels will feature 198 ’70s-inspired rooms. The hotel will offer a lofty double-height lobby, bar and restaurant, a rooftop terrace, and The Apartment meeting and events space—all designed by Ennismore Design Studio.

The Hoxton, Brussels is conveniently situated just north of the city center, within walking distance of major attractions, including the best bars and boutiques, and it directly overlooks Botanique, Brussels’ scenic gardens. Additionally, the hotel is near the Parc de Bruxelles and Palais Royal, making it an ideal location for a weekend getaway while sightseeing.
In addition to stunning rooms, the building will also house Working From_, which will occupy five floors within the hotel. The coworking space will feature open desks, studios, breakout spaces, and communal pantries on each floor, providing digital nomads with a comfortable work environment.
The Hoxton will also open a new location in Poblenou, introducing the brand to Barcelona. This hotel will feature 240 light and airy bedrooms, along with a ground floor restaurant, bar and terrace, a shaded rooftop taqueria, and pool.
Moreover, a new hotel in West Berlin is set to open in autumn 2022, just minutes from the popular Kurfürstendamm (Ku’damm) shopping area. This property will include 234 rooms and a lush green winter garden inspired by the former Romanisches Cafe.
Additionally, the brand plans to debut its fourth London property in Shepherd’s Bush during winter 2022. This location will offer 237 rooms, including an innovative ‘Hideout’ category, showcasing local art and design collaborations throughout the hotel to honor the area’s creative community.
