It’s been billed as one of the largest, if not the most popular, gatherings of lesbians in the world, and every year, Club Skirts Dinah Shore Weekend—also sometimes referred to as Palm Springs Women’s Weekend—draws more and more crowds. Dinah Shore Weekend takes place April 1 through April 6, 2020, and features a slew of fabulous parties thrown by the iconic promoter Club Skirts.
Taking place the same weekend as the popular ANA Inspiration LPGA Golf Championship, Dinah Shore Weekend features a variety of events including pool parties and concerts around the host hotels, as well as special games, comedy shows, and celebrity appearances.
Many gay bars and LGBT-popular restaurants in Palm Springs are especially packed with lesbian visitors this time of year. Consequently, hotels and gay resorts will be making lesbian visitors feel extra welcome throughout the weekend, even many of those resorts that cater mostly to men become ostensibly women’s resorts this week.
