Enchanting Cocktail Experience
Experience an enchanting evening at the Midnight Apothecary, a pop-up cocktail event set in the picturesque roof garden of the Brunel Museum in Rotherhithe. Running on weekends from May to September, this event offers handcrafted botanical cocktails made with ingredients from the garden itself. Complemented by fire pits and live music, it’s an idyllic setting for a summer night out. The event also includes guided tours of the historic Thames Tunnel, adding a touch of history to your evening in London.
Ceremonial Parade at Trooping the Colour
A quintessentially British event, Trooping the Colour is a ceremonial parade that celebrates the monarch’s official birthday. Held on 8 June at Horse Guards Parade, this grand spectacle features hundreds of soldiers, horses, and musicians in full regalia. The parade ends with a Royal Air Force flypast watched by the Royal Family from the Buckingham Palace balcony. All Points East Festival
From 16 to 25 August 2024, Victoria Park hosts All Points East, a 10-day festival of music and community activities. This year’s line-up includes big names such as Mitski, LCD Soundsystem, and Loyle Carner, among many others. Beyond the weekend concerts, the festival features a free midweek programme with film screenings, live sports, and family-friendly activities, making it a comprehensive cultural experience.
