1. McCarren Park

As the largest park in Williamsburg, McCarren Park offers a wide array of amenities, including a running track, baseball and softball fields, two dog parks, and a Greenmarket every Saturday. During the summer, the McCarren Park swimming pool opens its doors, featuring two pools and a gym—an excellent option for locals and visitors alike, and access is completely free!

2. East River Park

If you’re looking for lakeside views, East River Park is the perfect choice. Nestled on Kent Avenue between N. 8th and 9th Streets, this seven-acre park offers stunning views of Manhattan and the East River. In the summer, the park hosts free concerts, making it a delightful location for picnics and sunbathing.

While these piers primarily serve the condos above them, they are accessible to the public and definitely worth a visit. Located on Kent and N. 4th Streets, these piers extend several hundred feet into the water, offering remarkable views of the bridges over the East River and a stunning panorama of Manhattan.
