When Swedish moggy Glitter went missing from his home in Bromölla, Sweden, his owner feared he may be gone forever.
However, eight weeks after Glitter’s disappearance, owner Sammy Karlsson received a phone call informing him that his beloved pet had been found alive and well, enjoying a remarkable journey in the south of France, almost 1800 miles from home. It remains a mystery how Glitter made this incredible trek, but he was identified thanks to his microchip.
Consequently, once he obtains a French pet passport, Glitter will be returning to Sweden in the new year.
