The two-story hotel, nestled on three beachfront acres of lush greenery and verdant lawns, draws inspiration from the North Fork’s local farmhouses. The lobby, with its high ceilings and large glass walls, is reminiscent of a barn and features the reception area, a shop, and a bar serving an array of beverages from coffee and pastries in the morning to cocktails with freshly squeezed juices in the evening. Guests can easily transition to the heated saltwater pool and covered deck, which includes fire pits and unobstructed views of the water. The poolside menu offers salads, lobster rolls, kid-friendly meals, and a curated selection of local wines, provided by the owners of Croteaux Vineyards, a nearby rosé farm.
