Parking Options at Horseshoe Casino Cleveland
Concerned about where to park when you visit the new Horseshoe Casino Cleveland? You don’t have to be. The casino and the surrounding area offer a huge number of parking spots as well as public transportation to all points around the city.
Valet Parking at Horseshoe Casino Cleveland
Horseshoe Casino Cleveland offers valet parking for all guests. The valet entrance is located across the street from the casino at the garage on Ontario Street. Valet parking is complimentary for Seven Stars and Diamond guests.
Self Parking at the Casino
The Horseshoe Casino garage, located across Ontario Street from the casino in the former May’s Department store garage space, provides 1,300 self-parking spaces for casino guests. Additionally, there is a Casino surface lot at Superior Avenue and West 3rd Street. This entrance is on West 3rd Street and is connected to the casino via an enclosed, elevated walkway.
Total Rewards members can enjoy free parking after 6 PM on non-event nights. Furthermore, Horseshoe Casino Cleveland offers free self-parking for 24 hours to casino guests who join the Casino’s Total Rewards club and track at least 30 minutes (15 Tier credits). To take advantage of this offer, simply swipe your Total Rewards card at one of the kiosks inside the casino to receive a validation slip for parking exit checkout.
Additionally, you can park for free by spending at least $25 in the casino gift shop (on non-event days).
Tower City Parking
Located off W. 3rd St. behind the Tower City complex, the Tower City lots offer a more affordable option compared to the casino lot, especially if you’re not planning to indulge in gaming extensively. This parking facility, situated beneath Tower City, connects to the casino, allowing you to remain sheltered from Cleveland’s inclement weather.
Warehouse District Parking
Additional parking is available in downtown Cleveland’s Warehouse District, located across Euclid and Superior Avenues from Public Square. Although lots can be busy during the day, they typically offer more economical parking options for evening and weekend visitors.
Cleveland Metered Parking
If you’re feeling fortunate (and why not, given the casino atmosphere), you might consider looking for a metered parking spot along Prospect Avenue or one of the nearby side streets. Note that fees and parking limits can vary widely by location.
Public Transportation
Public Square serves as the central hub for Cleveland’s RTA public transportation system. All four rapid transit lines terminate at Public Square, and numerous bus lines connect the square with various points throughout Northeast Ohio. Taking RTA represents an affordable and convenient way to travel to and from the casino.
