The remains of an embraced couple, discovered by archaeologists in southern Greece in 2014, have been dated back to around 3800 BC. The discovery was made in the Alepotrypa Cave. Archaeologists believe the cave served as both a settlement and a cemetery between 6000 BC and 3200 BC, ultimately sealed off by a powerful earthquake. Moreover, tools, silver, and pottery from the same period have also been unearthed at this historical site. For more insights, refer to: Euronews.
