The exclusive Soho House debuts its newest location today in one of its most ambitious cities: Nashville. Housed inside a pre-war sock factory, the 97,000-square-foot Soho House Nashville, which opened on February 23, features 47 rooms, a health and wellness space, a music room, a club room, and the first in-house Cecconi’s restaurant.

According to Soho House CEO Nick Jones, “Nashville has always been on our bucket list. There’s a real culture here of really decent, very creative people — and it’s such an emerging, energetic city.” This sentiment illustrates the vibrant atmosphere that Soho House aims to capture.

Amenities for Guests and Members

Although the majority of the amenities are reserved for members, guests who stay overnight will also enjoy access to various perks and communal areas. One such area is The Alley, the public lobby featuring a barista station that welcomes everyone to unwind or work.

Room Options and Rates

For those desiring a taste of exclusive membership, room options cater to a variety of preferences. The 300-square-foot Cosy rooms start at $240 per night (member rates from $180), while the more spacious 575-square-foot Large rooms begin at $655 per night ($490 for members). Accessible rooms are available in both Medium and Large categories, starting at $385 per night ($290 for members).

Culinary Experience at Club Cecconi’s

A notable addition at this location is Club Cecconi’s, a collaboration that marks Soho House’s first in-house Italian restaurant. Soho House has partnered with Enzo Cecconi’s acclaimed eatery since 2004, with various global locations. Club Cecconi’s features a rotating menu of best-known dishes, enriched with a Nashville twist. “We didn’t want to compete with the great barbecue restaurants in town — we wouldn’t do it as well as they do,” Jones explains. “There’s quite a lack of Italian restaurants in Nashville, so to introduce Club Cecconi’s feels like a very obvious move.”

Entertainment Spaces: The Sock Room

One captivating feature of Soho House Nashville is the Sock Room, which holds a significant historical value as it preserves elements from the original sock factory. This room will host live entertainment and member events, creating a lively social atmosphere. The space’s decor includes velvet and textured linen sheers, alongside bar lamps featuring rivets from the factory’s machinery, seamlessly marrying its past with a modern aesthetic.

Future Prospects

The opening of Soho House Nashville is just one of the many new locations planned for this year, with further expansion into Los Angeles, Mexico City, and Brighton, England. “We’re seeing a real hunger and thirst for the Houses, not just in the UK but in America and Europe,” Jones reflects on the growing membership interest. “Our lists are incredibly strong, and we are excited about this year.”

Ultimately, Jones expresses his enthusiasm for the Nashville location, stating, “When you stay here, you are part of a community filled with Nashville locals. When traveling, the people are as significant as the buildings and their history. I’m really looking forward to seeing the club come alive with people enjoying themselves. That’s the essence of why I do this — to see a gathering of people smiling, laughing, and engaging in great conversations.”
