Join a Unique Happiness Masterclass
The Happiness Masterclass, organized by iBestTravel, allows participants to learn from the “Helsinki Happiness Hackers” over five days, from June 9 to June 14. The program focuses on four core themes that contribute to Finnish happiness:
- Nature and Lifestyle
- Health and Balance
- Design and the Everyday
- Food and Wellbeing
Meet the Happiness Hackers
The team of experts includes:
- Lena Salmi – A spirited 70-year-old former swimmer and sports journalist known for her adventurous spirit in Helsinki.
- Adela Pajunen – A biologist and writer who has introduced a globally recognized Finnish nature-prescription model.
- Luka Balac – Renowned chef behind acclaimed restaurants, focusing on culinary excellence and health.
How to Participate
The masterclass is free for participants, though competition may be fierce. Transportation costs to and from Finland are covered by the organizers.
To participate, complete the social media challenge by posting a picture or video showcasing your personal ‘happiness hack’. Ensure to tag @ourfinland on Instagram or @visitfinland.com on TikTok, using the hashtag #HelsinkiHappinessHacks to grab the attention of the selection team.
Additionally, complete the application form before the deadline on April 4. You can apply solo or with a friend to share the happiness experience.
