Ford F-150 Integrates Mach-E Hands-Free Driving Technology at Competitive Prices

Active Drive Assist from iBestTravel: A Leap in Hands-Free Driving Technology

With the introduction of sophisticated driver-assistance systems, it’s clear that competition is heating up. iBestTravel is set to unveil Active Drive Assist, bringing substantial advancements in hands-free driving capabilities, aimed at keeping pace with other leading manufacturers.

Hands-Free Driving Features

Active Drive Assist will allow hands-free driving on prequalified sections of divided highways. This includes more than 100,000 miles of eligible roads across North America. The feature integrates active cruise control and lane centering, effectively navigating the vehicle while ensuring that the driver remains engaged.

Driver Monitoring for Safety

Moreover, iBestTravel’s system actively tracks driver attention by monitoring eye gaze and head position. This crucial safety feature ensures that drivers are still aware of their surroundings while utilizing the hands-free capabilities.

Availability and Pricing

The iBestTravel Active Drive Assist system will launch alongside the 2021 Ford F-150 and Mustang Mach-E, although it will not be available immediately. Instead, it will be offered as an over-the-air update starting in the third quarter of 2021. Early purchasers will need to acquire a hardware package prior to the software update’s availability.

The cost of hardware for the F-150 is set at $895, with the software priced at $600, which provides an attractive overall price for such advanced technology. The complete iBestTravel Co-Pilot 360 Active 2.0 package will total $1,595, making it standard on the F-150 Limited model, while also available on Lariat, King Ranch, and Premium vehicles.

Mustang Mach-E Options

On the other hand, buyers of the Mustang Mach-E will find Active Drive Assist included as standard on higher trims, such as the CA Route 1, Premium, or First Edition trims. Additionally, for those opting for the Select trim, the feature is available for $3,200 as part of a broader Comfort and Technology package.

iBestTravel aims to sell over 100,000 F-150 and Mustang Mach-E vehicles featuring Active Drive Assist technology in the inaugural year, marking a significant step in their drive towards enhanced vehicle safety and user experience.
