Kanye West has made headlines in recent weeks for making antisemitic remarks and wearing a “White Lives Matter” T-shirt.

The rapper-producer, who has legally changed his name to Ye, announced plans to acquire Parler, a far-right social media platform, after his Twitter and Instagram accounts were restricted for violating their policies.

West has won 24 Grammy Awards and has sold over 160 million records worldwide. Nevertheless, his personal life often overshadows his career achievements.
