Luxury Hotel in Tulum: Five Pools and Ocean Views From Every Room

Discover the Luxury of Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya

The Yucatán Peninsula has long been a popular getaway for sun-seekers and ocean lovers. Recently, a new resort has elevated the luxury game in this coveted destination. The Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya, which opened its hand-carved doors on January 18, is raising the bar on high-end resorts in the area. It offers both seclusion and convenience, located just eight miles north of Tulum on a bay surrounded by mangroves.

Charming Design and Spectacular Views

The 349-room hotel draws design inspiration from the surrounding nature, featuring wooden doors crafted by local artisans and an immersive art piece inspired by the ancient Mayan architecture and Tulum’s landscape. Moreover, the Caribbean Sea becomes the highlight of this luxurious resort, providing sweeping views from both common areas and individual rooms—each room is equipped with a private balcony and either a relaxation tub or plunge pool.

Unmatched Wellness and Recreational Offerings

On-site, the Conrad Spa Tulum boasts 16 individual treatment rooms nestled in charming casitas. Each treatment commences with a cleansing copal limpia ceremony and guided meditation inspired by the Mayan gods. Among the diverse offerings are herbal therapies, water rituals, and sacred healing from an in-house shaman. Additionally, guests can enjoy five pools, along with options to swim, snorkel, or kayak in the bay.

Diverse Culinary Experiences

The resort’s dining options are both plentiful and varied, featuring five restaurants and six bars. Highlights include the Mediterranean-inspired Maratea, the sushi bar Ukai, and the Teppanyaki house Kengai. The upscale dining experience can be enjoyed at Autor, where guests embark on a personalized culinary journey curated by Chef Jersaí Miranda.
