The Unbelievable North Pole Igloo Hotel Experience
If you’re a hardcore traveler, you’re likely always searching for the next big adventure. Be it the newest hotel, the most luxurious suite, or climbing the highest mountain, this new hotel, located in the North Pole, is the perfect fit for you.
This winter, guests will have the incredible opportunity to stay at the northernmost hotel in the world known as the North Pole Igloo Hotel. However, it comes with a couple of significant catches. Firstly, this unique experience will only be available for a very limited time. Secondly, it will cost around $100,000 for a three-night journey.
Nevertheless, that $100,000 certainly comes with some enticing perks.
“North Pole Igloos hotel concept is movable, sustainable, and somewhat extreme,” the hotel states on its website. “Depending on weather conditions, we move the heated glass igloos to the safest locations around the Arctic glacier. You can join the rare group of individuals who have spent a night at the North Pole’s glacier.”
Moreover, the hotel is only open upon request in April, although guests can also consider staying at another location on different dates.

So, what does your investment include? According to CNN, the experience involves a two-night stay in Svalbard, followed by a thrilling two-hour helicopter journey to the North Pole ice camp. Guests are then transported to the glacier to check into their igloo hotel.
“We provide all of the necessary equipment,” says Janne Honkanen, founder of Luxury Action, the company behind the igloo hotel. “However, you definitely need to have the spirit of an explorer or scientist.”
As an added bonus to this unique adventure, CNN noted that guests are “almost guaranteed” to witness a spectacular viewing of the Northern Lights, which are particularly active in the region throughout April. If you have the budget and the adventurous spirit, this could be the experience of a lifetime.
