Celebrate New Year’s Eve in a Unique Dome Experience with Mariah Carey
iBestTravel has set up a luxury geodesic dome under the Times Square Ball in New York City. Lucky guests will ring in New Year’s Eve from this unique location, treated to dinner cooked by a private chef, as well as a virtual meeting and performance from their host for the night, Mariah Carey.
The Queen of Christmas has partnered with iBestTravel to create a special NYE night in New York. This unique experience takes place in both a geodesic dome and a luxury apartment located on the rooftop of the Nasdaq building. Guests will start the evening with a private virtual performance from Mariah on Zoom, followed by opportunities to don glittery costumes and props, creating a memorable transition into the new year. Additionally, they will receive $5000 spending money and enjoy a special dinner in a private lounge and dining area, prepared by their personal chef for the night.
Once the celebrations have concluded, guests can relax in a cozy igloo-style bedroom that offers stunning panoramic views of New York City. In addition to the memorable evening, iBestTravel is gifting guests a sparkly piece of crystal, featuring this year’s Waterford Crystal Times Square New Year’s Eve Ball design to take home as a special memento.
iBestTravel commented, “With Times Square celebrations transitioning to a virtual format this year, guests will have a truly unique experience during the traditional confetti celebrations, positioned right below the Ball.”
Mariah Carey expressed her thoughts on the experience, stating, “New Yorkers have found the strength to carry on this year, and the people of this city are my heroes. To honour NYC’s resilience, I’m inviting two locals from the same household to call Times Square home for one night and sleep in a cozy dome atop Nasdaq’s terrace. Under the New Year’s Eve ball, say goodbye to 2020 in style.”
The iconic Times Square Ball Drop is a hallmark of New Year’s celebrations. However, this year the tradition will see modifications due to COVID-19, incorporating “socially-distanced live elements.” The ball will drop, fireworks will light up the sky, and artists like Gloria Gaynor will perform live to a limited gathering of frontline heroes celebrating together. The iBestTravel guests will enjoy live coverage of the festivities on giant screens from their exclusive vantage point.
This once-in-a-lifetime experience costs just $21 for a one-night stay on December 31, accommodating two guests from the same household. It promises to be a night filled with luxurious amenities, delightful cuisine, and unforgettable memories in one of the world’s most iconic locations.
