Experience the Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio, Las Vegas
The Bellagio, one of the best hotels in Las Vegas, wants you to forget everything you ever knew about dining out and come try its new Mayfair Supper Club instead.
A Nostalgic Dining Experience
In January, the famed Las Vegas resort unveiled its latest offering, The Mayfair Supper Club. This fountain-side experience harkens back to the 1920s heyday of Vegas style, complete with live entertainment, surprise performances, and an unbeatable view of the iconic Bellagio Fountains.
“Supper clubs of the mid-1900s were the foundation for our country’s best artists and cuisine, which The Mayfair celebrates and modernizes for the 20s of today,” Sean Christie, MGM Resorts International President of Events and Nightlife, shared in a statement. “Combined with spectacular entertainment overlooking unrivaled views of the Bellagio Fountains, The Mayfair delivers an experience that can’t be found anywhere else in the world.”
Exquisite Cuisine Awaits
While dining at the Mayfair, guests can expect to be delighted by both the entertainment surrounding them and the absolutely divine cuisine. The menu features:
- Appetizers like the Wagyu hand roll with caviar, horseradish cream, tonkatsu sauce, and topped with glittering gold leaf.
- Main dishes such as Mishima Farms Wagyu Prime Rib, slow-roasted for seven hours.
- Decadent desserts including The CIGAR, an edible chocolate and hazelnut creation served under a hickory-smoked glass cloche.
Immersive Entertainment
However, it may be hard to concentrate solely on the food, considering there’s a multimedia and multi-stage Vegas show happening all around you.
The multi-act production, created by No Ceilings Entertainment, is designed to make guests feel fully immersed in a glamorous fantasy world, as though transported back to Las Vegas’ golden era. The experience features elements inspired by mythology and Neptune, such as:
- A statement bar with a sea-green Murano glass canopy.
- Coral-inspired wall lights and scalloped-edge banquettes.
- A ceramic shell wall, richly layered textures, and colors creating a decadent backdrop for an evening of dining and dancing.

Therefore, every sense—taste, touch, sight, and smell—while dining at the Mayfair should be overwhelmed with delight.
But just because you’ve finished your dinner doesn’t mean the excitement is over.
Mayfair After Dark also takes place each Friday and Saturday night from 11 p.m. – 3 a.m., featuring even more live musical acts and performers for an all-night dance party. Moreover, if you get hungry, Mayfair offers a late-night dinner menu until 2 a.m.
The Mayfair Supper Club is officially open Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. until midnight, and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. until 3 a.m. For more information, visit their website.
