First Class Offerings
- Appetizer: Choose between chilled abalone with cucumber and black vinegar or lettuce-wrapped minced pork with vegetables, sweet pomelo, and prawn crackers.
- Main Course: Enjoy sweet, sticky-glazed braised pork belly, inspired by a Shanghainese classic, or wok-fried lobster in white pepper sauce served with fluffy rice.
- Dessert: Finish off with a chrysanthemum and longan jelly treat.
Business Class Delights
- Appetizer: Indulge in drunken prawns with aged Huadiao wine or chicken and jellyfish salad with sesame dressing.
