Getting to Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe
Located just 25 miles from downtown Reno, accessing Mt. Rose is straightforward. Travelers should take the Mt. Rose Highway (Nevada 431) at its intersection with S. Virginia Street, heading toward Lake Tahoe and Incline Village. Just before reaching the Mt. Rose Summit, look for the left turn into the resort’s parking area. For visitors interested in exploring Slide Bowl, a separate left turn leads directly to the Winters Creek Lodge and its breathtaking views of Washoe Valley.
