• Between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, the 3rd and 12th coaches from Churchgate will be reserved for passengers aged 60 and older.
• Stations are equipped with tactile paths on platforms and audio-visual indicators at coaches reserved for individuals with disabilities.
