It’s a brand-new experience at Solage, Auberge Resorts Collection. The award-winning resort in Napa Valley has unveiled the result of its $30 million redesign.

This transformation includes newly built suites and renovations of all guest rooms and public spaces, enhancing its already beautiful ambiance. However, the redesign’s centerpiece may be the revitalized Solbar, the hotel’s existing restaurant, alongside the debut of Picobar, the resort’s second dining space.

What’s New at Solage?

According to Todd Cilano, general manager of Solage and regional vice president of Auberge Resorts Collection, “We are thrilled to unveil the reimagined Solage. This resort has always been a haven for foodies, vintners, and wellness enthusiasts.” The redesign emphasizes open-air social spaces, thus providing a vibrant resort experience that remains true to Solage’s unique character.

Design Inspiration

The renovation was led by a team of top-notch designers and architects, including Napa Valley architect Howard Backen and Los Angeles-based design agency Studio Collective. The design draws inspiration from the rustic yet refined charm characteristic of Napa Valley’s stunning landscapes, incorporating natural materials and a soothing color palette.

Accommodation Upgrades

As part of the renovations, the hotel has introduced eleven newly built cottage-style suites, including two two-bedroom Estate Suites and nine one-bedroom Orchard Suites. Each suite features a private outdoor patio, shower, and soaking tub, offering picturesque views of the surrounding Palisades and Mayacamas Mountains. Notably, one of the Estate Suites highlights a remarkable 100-year-old Valley Oak Tree on its patio.

Additionally, each Estate Suite includes bicycles and a designated Mercedes-Benz for effortless exploration of the area. Guests will also have access to an in-room oxygen bar and a Napa Pantry mini-bar stocked with local products from Napa’s iconic Oakville Grocery, ensuring a delightful stay.

The resort’s renowned pool has also been updated, featuring private cabanas, inviting lounge spaces, and a new state-of-the-art jetted hot tub, complemented by a spacious pool deck perfect for relaxation.
