Situated at 2700 NW 2nd Avenue, the nine-story NoMad Residences Wynwood will encompass 329 residences, ranging from 464 to 931 square feet. The units will be fully furnished, showcasing sleek stone countertops, brass hardware, and Bosch appliances. The design team at DesignAgency, known for their remarkable work on properties like New York’s Momofuku Ssäm Bar and Andaz Toronto, has created these interiors.

3. Unique Aspects of the Property

According to Andrew Zobler, CEO of The Sydell Group, the parent company of NoMad Hotels, “The residential format has always intrigued us; after all, each NoMad property is curated to feel like a home. When the opportunity arose to collaborate on this Miami project with esteemed partners like Related and Tricap, we recognized this as our moment.”

NoMad Residences Wynwood will offer meticulously curated amenities that embody the brand’s philosophy of ‘creating an artfully lived life.’ The ground floor will host Casa Tua Cucina, a spacious open-kitchen eatery that serves Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.

Additionally, the ninth-floor NoMad Library and Lounge will serve as a communal space filled with comfortable shared workspaces. Consequently, the outdoor theater complete with a wide lawn and grilling area will provide an ideal venue for social gatherings.

The pinnacle of this property will be the NoMad Restaurant & Bar, led by James Beard Award winner Leo Robitschek. Furthermore, residents will enjoy stunning Miami views, a swimming pool, a sun deck, private cabanas, and both indoor and outdoor fitness facilities. While the property will undoubtedly reflect the quintessential NoMad brand standards, it also boasts unique elements that distinguish it from other offerings.

As Zobler elaborated, “All our existing NoMad hotels reinvent historic structures—like our property in London, which was once a prison. However, this project resides within a completely new building. This has afforded us greater freedom to determine the aesthetic as well as how the residential experience integrates with public spaces.”

For instance, our rooftop pool deck illustrates this concept perfectly. Rather than modifying an existing area to meet our vision, we worked closely with Arquitectonica and DesignAgency to create a space that genuinely captures the essence of Miami through a NoMad perspective.

The starting prices for the residences will be in the mid $500,000s, with anticipated completion in 2024. To learn more about NoMad’s first venture into hotel-branded residences, visit here.
