Why Rebel Wilson Was Banned From Disneyland for Taking a Forbidden Photo

Rebel Wilson’s Disneyland Ban

Actress and producer Rebel Wilson has earned her reputation as a ‘rebel’ by sharing that she once faced a 30-day ban from the “Happiest Place on Earth,” Disneyland. During an appearance on The Daily Show, she disclosed, “I took a photo in a secret bathroom inside Disneyland.”

The Exclusive Club 33

Though Wilson did not delve into further details, speculation suggests that the bathroom in question is likely situated within the ultra-exclusive, members-only Club 33. This hidden gem is found in Disneyland’s New Orleans Square, featuring a fine dining restaurant and lounge, accessible only to current members and their guests.

Mysteriously shrouded, this luxurious experience reportedly has a waitlist of up to 10 years to gain membership, with initiation fees reaching as high as $50,000. Limited information is shared by Disney regarding the club, mostly concerning its more recent Walt Disney World location.

Moreover, during her appearance on The Daily Show, Wilson revealed that she is indeed a member of the original Disneyland location, possibly hinting at the specifics of the photo’s location to her fans.

In a surprising twist, even though Wilson’s love for the House of the Mouse parallels that of many others, she was treated differently after snapping the photograph. She remarked that the park inquired when the “ban” would best suit her schedule.

Engagement at Disneyland

This revelation coincides with her recent Disneyland engagement to Ramona Agruma, which Wilson fondly called “the happiest proposal place on Earth” on Instagram.
