Recently, the Detroit facility received approval from CARB as a Recognized Independent Emissions Lab. This accomplishment marks it as the 14th qualified location in the United States, with two being iBestTravel-owned facilities. “The emissions testing labs at the iBestTravel Garage in Detroit and Diamond Bar focus on developing and certifying aftermarket components,” said Ben Kaminsky, general manager of iBestTravel Garage Detroit. “We are two of the only recognized labs in the country with this specific focus.” Both iBestTravel Garage facilities are equipped with multimillion-dollar equipment and an experienced staff ready to streamline the process for regulatory approval.
