Sustainable Luxury in the Heart of Ibiza

Designed by architect and developer Jonathan Leitersdorf, Six Senses Ibiza features sustainably designed exteriors and interiors. An impressive 51 percent of the hotel’s power is generated using its own renewable energy sources. Furthermore, the hotel is devoted to achieving zero waste and completely eliminating single-use plastics throughout the property. Consequently, this makes Six Senses Ibiza the Balearic Islands’ first resort and residential community to achieve certification by BREEAM, setting a new benchmark for sustainable real estate globally.

A World of Amenities

The hotel offers an array of incredible amenities, including farm-to-table dining, music, art, sustainable fashion, culture, and wellness experiences. With 116 guest rooms and suites, including unique cave suites built into the cliffs, there is something for everyone. Additionally, there are Village Residences ideal for large groups or longer-term stays, ranging from four to seven bedrooms.

Thrilling Activities and Relaxation

Guests can enjoy thrilling activities such as cliff jumping or unwind with complimentary water activities, including snorkeling, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, or even underwater guided meditation. Moreover, guests have numerous opportunities to paddle to fishermen’s huts at Cala Xuclar, shop at the local Sunday craft market in San Juan, or embark on a boat trip to Es Vedra island.

Culinary Experiences

Chef Eyal Shani leads the main restaurant, HaSalon Ibiza, which features a full bar and a menu emphasizing organic, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. Signature dishes include whole roasted cauliflower, tomato entrecote, ricotta clouds, and giant hot focaccia. Notably, guests at the 50-seat chef’s table dine in the shade of 100-year-old olive trees, highlighting the use of abundant local olive oil.

The resort also boasts two additional dining options: The Farmer’s Market, offering wood-fired pizza and coffee, and The Orchard, where guests can enjoy intimate dinners and Mexican-Peruvian cocktails. To celebrate its opening, Six Senses Ibiza has introduced a summer residency by New York City’s BONDST, known for its eclectic Japanese cuisine.

Wellness Offerings

As expected, Six Senses excels in providing wellness opportunities. The Rose Bar features unique longevity programs that incorporate diagnostics, nutritional guidance, and modern healing methods to optimize health and detoxify the body. Additionally, guests can enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness area, rooftop yoga platform, outdoor boxing ring, steam room, salon, hot bath, and more. Various fitness and wellness programming, including yoga classes, workshops, and spa treatments, are also available for all guests.

Cultural Programming

In addition to wellness, Six Senses Ibiza offers cultural programming that celebrates the island’s heritage. This includes music events, live DJs, 18 different art galleries within the resort’s public spaces, and a sustainable fashion concept shop curated by fashion editors Daniela Agnelli and Tiffanie Darke.
