The Heavenly Jin restaurant, which is situated on the 120th floor of the J Hotel Shanghai Tower, has been officially recognized by Guinness World Records as the “Highest Restaurant in a Building.” This remarkable dining establishment reaches an impressive height of 556.36 meters (approximately 1,825 feet) above ground level, as reported by the hotel.

Celebrating Heavenly Jin’s Achievement

Jenny Zhang, the general manager of J Hotel Shanghai Tower, expressed pride in this recognition, stating, “Since opening, the restaurant has been praised by customers for its high-quality dining experience and service. We welcome guests and friends from all over the world with a higher-level experience above the clouds.” This accolade showcases the commitment and excellence of the Heavenly Jin management and operational teams.

Heavenly Jin surpasses the previous record held by At.mosphere in Dubai, which stands at 441.30 meters—more than 100 meters lower. This previous record was established in 2011, when At.mosphere first opened its doors.
