The Westin Tokyo Review
Looking for the best place to stay in Tokyo, Japan? Look no further; you’ve found 5-star luxury at the Westin Tokyo. There are various ways to get from the hotel to the airport. Personally, we took the Westin Tokyo Airport Shuttle—the bus picks you up just outside the hotel, and it’s super comfortable. The staff are very helpful about booking the shuttle for you—just ask. We experienced a smooth arrival, staying there for three nights. Here’s our experience:
1. The Westin Tokyo Review: Check-In
Check-in at the Westin Tokyo occurs in a gorgeous, luxurious entrance hall. It’s very grand, and during our stay, the most beautiful flowers adorned the area. Our check-in was swift, and I must say, the staff were exceptionally polite! We have never encountered such courteous and friendly service in any hotel before!
2. The Westin Tokyo Review: Our Room
Our room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. We enjoyed restful nights on the plush bed, and the shower experience was outstanding.
One of our favorite aspects was the spectacular view. The panoramic sights of Tokyo, including the iconic Tokyo Tower, were incredible!
There was also a stunning view of the park:
The breakfast offered at the Westin Tokyo was exceptional. Serving a buffet-style breakfast with a wide range of options, from bread and pastries to cooked items, fresh fruits, juices, coffee, and more. Additionally, Japanese favorites were available, making it a delight for various tastes. The Westin Tokyo breakfast became our favorite meal in Japan, and is also vegan-friendly!
6. The Westin Executive Lounge Club
If you’re looking for a truly luxurious experience, we recommend taking advantage of the Westin Executive Lounge Club. Located on the 17th floor, guests can enjoy light refreshments throughout the day along with pre-dinner drinks and hors-d’oeuvres. Access to drinks on the rooftop at Victor’s is also included. Here are some highlights from the Executive Lounge Club:
7. The Garden at the Westin Tokyo
Take a leisurely stroll around the hotel’s garden during your stay—it’s stunning. If you’re fortunate, you may even spot fireflies at night!
8. Location of the Westin Tokyo
The Westin Tokyo boasts an excellent location, within walking distance to parks, shops (including 7-Eleven), and various restaurants. You can also visit the Yebisu Beer Museum and the Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum on foot. Furthermore, Shibuya Crossing is just a 30-minute walk away, offering a glimpse of one of the city’s most iconic spots. The proximity to the metro station makes it easy to access all other major tourist attractions:
