The Quoin features an eclectic mix of 24 rooms, developed by Method Co. and The Buccini/Pollin Group. The hotel occupies the former Security Trust & Safe Deposit Company Building, a distinctive Romanesque brownstone, offering guests a unique blend of history and modern luxury.

The Quoin (pronounced kɔɪn, meaning “corner” in French) artfully combines modern aesthetics with Victorian charm. The interior design showcases minimalist Shaker-style furniture alongside a Victorian-inspired color palette. Each guest room boasts a distinct layout, featuring impressive architectural details like arched windows and vintage furnishings.
Creative Director Daniel Olsovsky stated, “Our design inspiration came from various sources, including psychedelic rock and art nouveau, yet we focused heavily on the earthy colors and forms found in the region’s nature.” Moreover, the design aims to make the space feel welcoming and home-like, steering clear of overly contemporary elements.
