The opening of Arlo Wynwood marks a significant addition to this creative district. This nine-story hotel, featuring 217 exquisitely designed rooms, is nearing completion and is expected to open its doors by the end of October. This establishment not only offers comfortable lodging but also pays tribute to Wynwood’s rich artistic heritage.

Arlo Wynwood’s design beautifully complements the neighborhood’s artistic spirit. The hotel’s north and west walls are adorned with creations by Miami-based artist Hoxxoh, celebrated for his mesmerizing “spheres of life.” Additionally, the eastern wall features a vibrant mural by Milagros Collective, reflecting the community’s history through a harmonious blend of colors. Guests can unwind on the rooftop deck, complete with yoga sessions and a calming mural by Florida artist Ari Robinson. The deck also boasts four luxurious cabanas, a bar and café, and an impressive 80-foot pool.

General Manager Jennifer Hiblum emphasizes the exceptional views the rooftop pool deck offers, remarking, “Guests will feel awestruck from the moment they step onto the rooftop, whether they seek scenic vistas or privacy in one of the four cabanas.”

Innovative Culinary Concepts

Arlo Wynwood features more than 250 works of art from various talents, including Ryan Coleman and Coruna Luna, enriching the overall aesthetic experience of the hotel. The property was designed by Meyer Davis with a focus on merging industrial, organic, and modern elements, ensuring a unique ambiance throughout its guest rooms, complete with white oak furnishings and modern amenities.

Rates and Availability

In a recent announcement, Arlo Wynwood revealed a collaboration with Bar Lab, a culinary and cocktail collective led by Gabe Orta and Elad Zvi. They will be partnering with acclaimed Miami chef Brad Kilgore to oversee the hotel’s dining options, including a signature restaurant and a trendy rooftop lounge.

Guests can expect a menu that combines comfort food with nostalgic favorites, crafted with creativity by Chef Kilgore. With room rates starting at $239 per night, Arlo Wynwood is set to begin accepting reservations for stays from November 1.
